• Voucher is valid from Sat 9 Apr 2022 until Sun 29 May 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20, 22-23 Apr, 17-20, 22 and 25 May 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: garden view - £10, garden view king - £15; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Option 2 and 3: Includes a £40 food and drink voucher valid against any menu and bar in the hotel. Menus are subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 1 child aged 12 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. All meals must be paid for as taken. Family rooms available (subject to availability) at a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
