Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Nov 2017 until Sat 17 Mar 2018, Mon - Sat 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, 24 – 27 Dec, 31 Dec 2017 – 7 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please come with clean nails (£5 supplement to remove gel polish).
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 – 60mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins.
• Option 3 duration: approx. up to 2 hrs.
• Treatment can last up to 2 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
