• Voucher is valid from Sun 8 Oct 2023 until Sun 28 Apr 2024, Wed - Thu 9am - 2pm and Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue and Fri - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 19 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 10 people per group.
• Set afternoon tea menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please discuss direct.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities. 
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
