• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Sep 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, Mon - Thur 9am – 5pm, Fri & Sat 9am - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers/those in remission or those who suffer from MS.
• Option 1 includes a choice of an ESPA facial OR an ESPA back, neck and shoulder massage OR a slat & oil scrub. Duration: approx. 20 mins inc consultation.
• Option 2 includes a choice of an ESPA facial OR an ESPA back, neck and shoulder massage AND a choice of OPI manicure OR pedicure. Duration: approx. 80 mins inc consultation.
• Option 3 includes an ESPA facial AND an ESPA back, neck and shoulder massage per person. Duration: approx. 40mins per person inc consultation.
• Includes access to spa facilities: hammana room, aroma room, rock sauna and hydro massage pool.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
