• Voucher is valid from Wed 9 Jan 2019 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Wed & Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri 8am – 6pm and Sat 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays – Tuesdays, 25 Jan, 14, 16 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 2hrs; a patch is required in advance; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available; please note salon is unable to facilitate those who need help at hair washing sinks.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
