Hotel was clean tidy, fantastic views, however the dinning room service needs to improve dramatically.

As above, I understand it was recently taken over so that could be the issue with service. I would certainly go for another visit in the near future hopefully things will have settled down. The staff were really friendly and tried hard to get things done.
