General:

Excludes Mondays – Fridays.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; changes can be made within the 7 days for a supplementary charge of £20 per person. Only one change permitted.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 16+; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Duration approx. 1hr – 1.5hrs depending on group size.

Due to the rural location, purchase of this voucher is not recommended for anybody travelling via public transport.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
