Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 4 Jan 2023 until Fri 7 Apr 2023, Mon - Wed 12noon - 8pm, Thu - Fri 12noon - 10pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 10pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online booking only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Children aged between 12 and 18 years must be supervised by an adult over 18.
• Duration 30 mins; please arrive 5 to 10 mins before your booked time slot.
• Protective gear is provided; open toe shoes are prohibited.
• Not suitable during pregnancy.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
