Mains 

  • Turkey roulade stuffed with sage & apricot; pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes with a garlic & onion gravy
  • Haddock & Atlantic prawn fish cake served with seasonal vegetables & hollandaise sauce 
  • Spiced pumpkin risotto, with chilli & coriander oil, toasted pumpkin seeds and pomegranate

Dessert 

  • Traditional Christmas pudding with crème anglaise & whisky marinated berries
  • Orange & chocolate mousse with toffee almonds
