Is the Hilton Aberdeen Garden Inn open? Trying to book an afternoon tea for 15th August with a voucher purchased in March (pre- COVID 19). I emailed on 17th and 20th July but have received no response. I called this morning and couldn’t get through to anyone. It says that I couldn’t leave a message because the mailbox was full. Their Facebook page says that It closed on 24th March but there’s nothing more current and there’s no more information on their website.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Sun 27 Dec 2020, valid 7 days 1pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only; bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.

Afternoon tea menu only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.

Includes 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table may be required back after 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
