The best way to print your voucher is from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to https://www.itison.com/my/complete_orders/

From there, simply select Print Voucher.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 20 Aug 2019 until Fri 18 Oct 2019, Tue – Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri 10am – 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays – Mondays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns and allergies directly with spa.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.

Options 2 & 4: treatment duration: approx. 1 hour.

Option 3: treatment duration: approx. 45 mins.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
