• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Feb 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid Wed 9am - 9pm, Thur 5pm - 9pm and Fri - Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Tue.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Feb 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid Mon - Thur 9am - 9pm and Fri - Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Option 1: Over 16s only. Duration approx 15mins plus consultation. Treatments may not be suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers/those in remission. Consultation must be carried out prior to treatment. Supplementary charges may be required for additional treatment time.
• Option 2: Choice of LED mask or microdermabrasion. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Duration approx 30mins. Treatments are suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
