I can confirm children are included in the overall headcount. A max of 2 children are permitted in addition to the voucher; children under 3 stay free of charge and children 3 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.

Hi, I really want to purchase this deal but I’m concerned about not being able to use it with the COVID-19 situation. If I am unable to use the voucher by the end of the validity period, is there an option for a refund or for the validity to be extended?
Similarly, if I purchase this voucher and then book a date with the company for end of May and the COVID-19 situation continues, am I still covered? Thank you!

I'm happy to let you know this voucher is protected by our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to the current COVID-19 situation, we'll issue an itison credit to use towards another deal for the next 12 months.
