Hello.
If I bought this for my husband would he be the only one in the helicopter with the instructor because that’s what I would want. Or would other people doing the experience also be in the same helicopter with my husband?

What to expect

  • Helicopter flying lesson for one

Voucher is valid from Sat 22 May 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, Sat - Sun 9am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes Mon - Fri.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

Flights are subject to cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or operational issues and you will be re-booked if this happens. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 12+. 

Duration approx. 45 mins with 18 mins flying. Total of 3 x 6/7 minute flights. Split between 2 x observation and 1 x hands-on flight with hover challenge.

Max of 1 person flying. Spectators are welcome and may take photographs.

Max weight of 15 stone and max height of 6 ft 4.

Weather suitable clothing is advised

Depart from Newcastle International Airport or Balado Airfield, Fife.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
