You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Pedicure is not suitable within first trimester of pregnancy; manicure is suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding. Please note that heated booties will not be used if pregnant.

Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins manicure or 60 mins pedicure.

Option 2 duration: approx. 1 hr 30 mins - 1 hr 45 mins.

Manicure or pedicure can last up to 1 week on fingers and longer on toes depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Valid for polish only.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
