If I purchase the voucher Will Moonfish receive the money when voucher purchased or only once used?

The venues we work with receive payment for vouchers after they've been used and redeemed.

No not at all as I was told previously the venue received payment at the time which was fine by me. I lost £69 for a voucher never redeemed due to COVID opening hours. I was fine if the money went to the restaurant which is an independent but now you tell me that that it didn’t!! So I would prefer not to use your service and deal with a restaurant direct

Thanks for getting back in touch.

I'm sorry you had trouble using a voucher in the past. I can confirm venues are also paid for any unredeemed vouchers after the expiry date for the deal has passed.

What to expect

  • 4 course tasting menu for two with a glass of fizz each

Voucher is valid from Tue 18 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Tue - Fri 6pm - 8.30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Sat – Mon.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 2 vouchers per table.

4 course tasting menu only. Menu is seasonal and subject to daily change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
