Hi, we were at Union Square today to use our voucher for this deal and we’re not happy with the outcome . I quote:

Pizza & drinks for two at multi award-winning BrewDog Union Square; enjoy a flight each of BrewDog Distilling's signature gin, rum or vodka selection with mixers, Headliner beers or share a bottle of wine – save up to 54%

It quite clearly says a flight each but we were told this was not the case and had to share a flight between the two of us.

I wonder if you have an explanation for this as it was quite clearly not what we were expecting.

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul until Fri 30 Sep 2022, Mon - Tue 12noon – 8pm, Wed - Fri 12noon - 5pm and Sun 6pm - 9pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays.

No booking required - walk-ins only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.

Option 1: Includes a pizza to share. Option 2: Includes a pizza each.

Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available.

Option 1: Includes a 4x 12.5ml gin, rum or vodka flight each.

Option 2: Includes a bottle of house red, white or rose wine to share or a beer flight each consisting of 4 x 1/3 of Headliner beers. 

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table may be required back after 1hr 30mins.

Children permitted until 10pm.

Wheelchair access available.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
