Hi. It says up to 2 children can be brought but it does not say about upgrade to a family room is available. What are the options for 2 adults with 2 children?

I'm happy to confirm that a maximum of 2 children ages 0-12 years are permitted on a bed and breakfast basis costing £15 and £22 for dinner, bed and breakfast; payable directly to The Landmark Hotel.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a superior room with breakfast, leisure access & optional £22pp dinner allowance OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a superior room with £22pp dinner allowance one night, breakfast each morning and leisure access

Voucher is valid from Fri 27 Jan 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 26-29 May and 2-3 Jun 2023.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Superior king room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Options 2 - 3: Includes a £22pp dinner allowance to spend on the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Tables may be required back after 2 hours. Voucher spend must be used in full; any unused balance will be forfeited. Option 3: Dinner is for one night only.

Includes full leisure access to pool, sauna, steam room and fitness centre.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children ages 0-12yrs permitted on a BB basis for £15 and £22 for DBB; payable direct.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
