• Voucher is valid from Fri 13 Sept 2019 until Mon 30 Sep 2019, 7 days, 11am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking not required.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per person.
• Duration approx. 70 mins.
• Suitable for ages 8+, under 16's must be accompanied by an adult 16 years or over.
• Child entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
• Wheelchair access available; please note wheelchair users or guests who have considerable difficulties walking cannot access the Boat Ride; wheelchair users must be able to transfer un-aided into and out of the ride seats.
• Please note navigating around the Dungeon will be mainly via level pathways. However due to the nature of the attraction some floor surfaces are uneven. Access is also gained via stairs and lifts to the various levels of the attraction.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison vouchers on each day.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers to be printed for redemption, if not possible vouchers presented on mobile device will be accepted; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Vouchers non-refundable once purchased.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
