• Casserole of Newtomore venison with spiced red cabbage, elderberry pickled bramble, crispy baby leeks, black pudding and crushed potato
• Crispy beer battered cod with hand-cut chips, tartare mayonnaise, crushed minted peas and lemon  
• Crispy chicken pad Thai with noodles, pink ginger, bean sprouts and togarashi emulsion
• Asparagus and black truffle risotto with aged Parmesan and crispy broccoli
