Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 28 & 30 May 2021 and 17 & 25 Jun 2021. 
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Options 1 & 3: Stay in a standard double bed room.
• Option 2: Stay in a superior double or twin bed room.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. 
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
