You and your companion can then head to the hotel’s award-winning Metro Brasserie to enjoy a three course lunch each choosing from the restaurant’s fixed price menu with starters including starters of Shetland salmon & leek fish cake, chicken liver pate with rhubarb and pear chutney and toasted brioche, mains of venison rump with a warm purple potato, shallots, citrus fruit & fennel salad and seared cod with butternut squash risotto.
