• Voucher is valid until Thur 30 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per person per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 2 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Please note voucher cannot be used by wedding guests staying at the hotel.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £30 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 4 courses each with canapés and coffee; menu is subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per dish for the following dishes: 8oz fillet steak £7.50, 8oz rib eye steak £4.95, cheeseboard 5 pieces £2, cheeseboard 7 pieces £3.50, choice of steak sauces £3 (béarnaise, garlic, parsley and lemon butter, cognac and crushed peppercorns); payable directly to hotel.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Children’s menu available for a supplementary charge; payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; children under 4 stay free, children ages 5 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £20 B&B, all meals are charged as taken; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 children. Please advise hotel of any childcare required.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 pets in rooms only, not permitted in public areas.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
