- Voucher is valid until 28th Feb 2014 (excludes 23rd-27th & 30-31st Dec 2013, 1st Jan, 14th-15th Feb 2014), 7 days (£40 supplement per room, per night applies to Fri & Sat night stays); subject to availability.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted but cannot be used for consecutive nights.
- Advanced booking required. Please book by 31st Jan 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
- Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
- Deal applies to a standard double or twin room. Members may upgrade to a deluxe room for a supplement of £60 per room, per night. Stay can also be extended for a supplement subject to availability. Please discuss at time of booking and pay all supplements directly to the hotel.
- Selected rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please advise at time of booking.
- Deal includes a 4 course meal with canapes and coffee per person served in the Orangery restaurant. The restaurant will be closed on selected dates in Jan 2014 where dinner will be served in the Bistro. Members may also choose to dine in the Bistro with canapes, 3 courses plus a side order and a coffee each. Please discuss at time of booking.
- Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options are available. Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking.
- Children's menu available.
- Maximum of 2 pets permitted per room at a supplement of £20 per pet, per night. Permitted in guest rooms only, not in public areas.
- Maximum of 2 children permitted per room. Children 5-12 years at a supplement of £20 per child, per night B&B. Children 4 years and under may stay for free but additional supplements will apply for meals. Babysitters may be available for a supplement. Please advise at time of booking and pay all supplements directly to the hotel.
- Parking available.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
