• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2023 - Thu 27 Apr 2023, 7 days.
• Excludes 30-31 Mar, 2-3, 6, 8, 21-22 Apr 2023,
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays in March and April; payable directly to hotel.

• Stays are subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic or Riverside double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to superior rooms or suites for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Please note rooms are limited; check availability with the hotel.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
