• Voucher is valid from Wed 21 Sep 2016 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for the following dates: 28, 29 Sept, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 20 Oct 2016 and 11 & 14 Feb 2017; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 30 Sept, 1, 7, 8, 15, 22, 28 29 Oct, 5, 12, 18, 25, 26 Nov, 2, 3, 16, 17, 23 – 26,  30, 31 Dec 2016 and 1, 2 Jan, 18, 25 Mar 2017
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Double or twin classic room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: master bedroom £50 and suite £70; payable directly to hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as ages 12 and under, max 1 child per night.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per stay; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 dog or 2 dogs by arrangement.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
