• Voucher is valid from Fri 26 Jan 2018 until Fri 27 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Spa treatments are available 7 days, 9am - 5pm; leisure facilities are open 6.45am – 8.30pm daily.
• Excludes 14 – 18 Feb 2018.
• Please note limited availability on Saturday and Sunday; a supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Lunch is soup and a sandwich plus tea or coffee each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatments at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Treatment duration: approx. 2 x 30 minute treatments.
• Includes full access to leisure facilities: the gymnasium, pool, sauna, spa bath and steam room.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Members must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) before using the leisure club for the first time.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
