• Voucher is valid until 30th April 2015, Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes 18th-20th, 25th, 26th, 28th-31st Dec, 4th, 13th, 15th, 27th Feb, 17th, 18th, 20th, 30th, 31st Mar, 16th & 17th Apr.
• Vouchers must be booked by 15th Feb or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Check in 2pm, check out 2pm. 
• Upgrade to a 3 course dinner for a special rate of £10pp. 
• Max 1 child permitted when sharing a room with two adults. Under 13 years old stay free of charge, children aged 13+ are additional £55 per child, per night (B&B); subject to availability.
• Parking is available for £19.50 Sun-Thurs & £22 Fri & Sat - must be booked prior to your stay, discuss with hotel. 
• No room upgrades.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted as gifts.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays, however, stays may be extended for an additional charge - discuss with hotel at time of booking. 
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers are non-refundable out with the itison refund period. You will forfeit your voucher if you cancel your stay once booked. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
