• Voucher is valid from Sun 30 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 13-14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Vouchers are non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Online bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: plus room £30, family room £50, plus family room / junior suite £70 or superior suite £90; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes 2 course dinner in The Kailyard by Nick Nairn, choose starter/main or main/dessert. Vegetarian & Vegan options are available. Max of 3 vouchers per table. Table required back after 2 hours. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: prawn and smoked salmon cocktail - £3.95, sirloin steak - £6.95, three cheeses - £3.95; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Children permitted; max of 1 child ages 12yrs and under can be accommodated in a standard room free of charge paying for all meals as taken. Max of 2 children can be accommodated in a family room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night, meals charged as taken; payable directly to the hotel. Children under 5yrs dine free with a paying adult. Children 6 - 12 years: breakfast is £7.95 per person and dinner £9.95.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £30 per dog per stay. Please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.

• Details collected when making a booking are to fulfil and verify your reservation and will be kept on file for up to 6 months.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
