• Voucher is valid from Wed 22 May 2019 until Thur 29 Aug 2019, Mon – Thur 7am – 10pm leisure access and 10am – 5pm treatments; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays - Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Includes a 2 x 25 minute treatments each from: Elemis Radiance Facial, Elemis deep tissue back, neck & shoulder massage, best foot forward, and Jessica file & polish (colour only); includes 5 minute consultation prior to treatment.
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the health club. Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Treatments must be selected when booking appt.
• Jessica file & polish: nails must be bare, no polish/gel.  
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: 17-metre indoor swimming pool, steam room, bubble pool, sauna and fitness suite.
• Robe and slippers are not provided by the health club.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
