• Option 1 & 3: voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, Mon - Thur, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Option 2 & 4: voucher is valid from Fri 5 Jan 2018 until Sun 1 Apr 2018, Fri - Sun, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Min 24 hours advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per member.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Cancer sufferers can receive this but medical treatment must have been completed at least 12 weeks ago.
• Unsuitable for those with a shellfish allergy.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa at time of booking.
• Duration: approx. 2.5hrs.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities between 10am – 5pm; facilities include heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa bath.
• Afternoon tea is between 12noon - 4pm; please book when booking your spa day.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available for afternoon tea; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
