• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 May 2021 until Wed 28 Jul 2021, Sun - Wed; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Thu - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Wed 14 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per child per night including breakfast; subject to availability. Please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
