• Voucher is valid until 23 Dec 2015, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10,12,13,17,20 Oct, 14 Nov and 11 Dec.
• Supplementary charge of £30 for Sat night stays.
• Voucher must be booked by 9th Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted but not permitted to use on multiple nights.
• Classic double or twin room available, members can upgrade to an executive room from £10 per person per night.
• Stay may be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Dinner is three courses in Chaloner's Restaurant, menu is subject to change. View sample menu here.
• Children welcome, max 1 per room.
• Children aged 0-12 supplementary fee of £15 B&B per night.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Free onsite parking.
• Dogs welcome with advanced booking, supplementary charge of £10 per night in Woodlands classic room, max 1.
• Guide dogs stay for free. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
