• Voucher is valid from Tue 13 Oct 2020 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Vouchers are non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, late check-out 1pm
• Stay for two in a Queen guest room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king room £10, family / double double room £20, king deluxe £25, double double deluxe £35, king executive £50, junior suite £60 and king 1 bed suite £100; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Please note that until 26 Oct 2020 you will receive a non-alcoholic drink due to the current Government guidelines.
• Parking at hotel included.
• Access to leisure facilities included; pre booking required due to social distancing.
• The hotel practices social distancing measures and wearing a mask when not seated to eat or drink is mandatory.
• Children permitted; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• No pets permitted. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
