• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 20 Dec 2021 - 26 Jan and 11 - 14 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Includes a full Scottish breakfast. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe - £40, suite - £60, cottage - £80, lodge - £100; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children permitted; please discuss directly at time of booking.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
