• Voucher is valid from 10th Dec until 6th March 2016; Thurs - Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 24th Dec 2015 - 3rd Jan, 16th, 23rd & 30th Jan, 6th, 12th, 13th & 20th Feb 2016
• Voucher must be booked by Feb 15th 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights 
• Stay cannot be extended 
• Check in from 2pm, check out until 11am
• Standard double or twin room available 
• Upgrade to an executive room for a £20 supp charge per night or a superior room for £40 per night; subject to availability; please pay hotel direct upon check in 
• Children permitted; children under 2 are free; if children are included in a booking an upgrade to a family room is required at a supp charge of £15 per room per night, max 2 children per family room with 1 child under 2 in a cot and 1 child over 2 in a bed. 
• Cots can be requested at time of booking; subject to availability; max of 1 cot per room 
• Pets are not permitted
• Free parking available 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
