• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Nov 2020 until Thur 30 Dec 2020 and from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thur 31 Mar 2022, Tue-Sat; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun-Mon and 22 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night required for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double estate room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe castle double for a supplementary charge of £50 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 & 3 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the à la carte menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only and includes cream tea each on arrival.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 4’s stay free of charge and ages 4 – 15 require a room upgrade to an estate family room at a supplementary charge of £30 per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
