• Option 1 voucher is valid until Thur 26 Mar 2020, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid until Thur 26 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 18 Oct - 1 Nov, 24 Dec 2019 - 4 Jan 2020 and 14 - 23 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard non lake view.
• Option 2 includes cream tea and 10% discount on any spa treatments.
• Includes access to the Lakeview Spa including sauna, steam room, outdoor vitality spa pool in scented garden and 40ft indoor pool.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
