• Options 1 & 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Apr 2019 until Thur 4 July 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Options 2 & 4: Voucher is valid from Mon 29 Apr 2019 until Thur 4 July 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £4 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday visits.
• The main attractions are open from 11am - 4.30pm or 5pm.
• Please check the website for more information regarding opening times.
• Advance booking is not required.
• Last admissions to attractions one hour prior to closing.
• Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.
• Suitable for all ages; under 4s go free, children are classed as ages 4 – 14 years and adults are classed as ages 15+.
• Children must be supervised at all times. All children must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years of age or older.
• Duration: please allow at least 3 – 5 hours for your visit.
• There are some restrictions on use of attractions; please see website for more information.
• Activity park is outdoors and weather appropriate clothing is recommended.
• Wheelchair accessible; the Tower, the Watercoaster and Ant City are not wheelchair accessible.
• Admission is for one day entry only.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers or upgrades. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. Please note, vouchers shown on mobile phone or tablets will not be accepted.
