• Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Dec 2017 until Sun 11 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 16, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 Dec 2017, 13 Jan, 9, 10, 14, 17, 23, 24 Feb 2018.
• Saturday night stays require a supplement of £50 per room; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 19 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Executive king room.
• Members can upgrade to a feature room for a supplement of £20 per room; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Max 1 child under 12 permitted free of charge. Family room upgrade available for £20 per room per night; subject to availability.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Wheelchair access not available; please advise hotel of requirements at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
