• One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Children permitted.  Max of 2 children (up to age of 12) permitted per room with £25 supplement and upgrade to Family room on a room only basis.  Please discuss with Macdonald Inchyra at time of booking.
• Sorry, pets not permitted.
• Check in 2pm; check out 11am.
• Free on-site parking.
• Upgrade to Executive room available at £25.00 per room per night.  Please discuss with Macdonald Inchyra at time of booking.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights stay.  Additional night's stay can be arrange with hotel, please discuss with Macdonald Inchyra at time of booking.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
