• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Jun 2021, valid Sun - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 25 - 26, 31 Dec 2020, 1 - 31 Jan, 12 - 14 Feb and 14 Mar 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Fridays and Sundays; payable directly to spa at time of booking.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups of 2 can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Please discuss with spa when booking.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes 2 treatments each choosing from the following: file & polish hands or feet, superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage or best foot forward. Each treatment takes approx. 30 mins.
• Please note facials may be prohibited due to government guidance. 
• Includes access to the leisure facilities for 1 hour, robe and slippers.
• 1 hour time slots must be booked in advance for the swimming pool. 
• Please note due to current Government guidelines the Rasul mud therapy room, thermal Suite, sauna, steam room, rock sauna, ice fountain and aroma therapy shower are closed. No pool side loungers and relaxation rooms are open at this time.
• Cream tea includes freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available. Please discuss any dietary requirements directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
