• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-28 Mar, 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan and 11 - 14 Feb 2022.
• Please note voucher is not valid on wedding dates.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a double or twin Estate King room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an Estate Superior or Estate Deluxe for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Overnight DBB: Includes a 20pp dinner spend. Valid in the Pineapple restaurant or 123 Cave Bar. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please note voucher spend must be used in full no change will be given.
• Max of 1 child permitted aged 16 and under at a supplementary charge of £25 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
