• Voucher is valid from Tues 1st Sept until Mon 30th Nov, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 4th, 5th, 11th & 12th Sept, 23rd & 24th Oct, 6th, 7th, 13th & 14th Nov 2015.
• Reservations must be made by 31st Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Fri & Sat night stays incur a £20pn supplement.
• Check-in: 3pm; Check-out: 11am.
• Opt to upgrade with a spa treatment each at 10% discount for hotel guests.
• Children permitted.
• To house additional guests, you must upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Superior room or Suite.
• Extra Guests housed in room (supplement per night); Infants 0 – 2 – Free; Children 3 – 5 – £5; Children 6 – 12 – £15; Adult 13 upwards – £20; max of 2 in a Superior room or Suite; charges are inclusive of cot or extra bed and breakfast.
• Voucher is valid for a Deluxe double or twin room only; Deluxe rooms are unfortunately not suited to take an additional bed.
• Upgrades to Superior room carry a £10 per night supplement; Suite/garden room/cedar room carry a £20 per night supplement; subject to availability
• A valid credit card/debit card will be required at check-in if you require to charge items to your room.
• Any special requests must be made at the time of booking; whilst every effort will be made to comply these cannot be guaranteed
• Free on-site parking available.
• Sorry, pets not permitted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted however multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 3 days of your booking. A £20 fee will be charged for any changes made to bookings after confirmation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
