• Voucher is valid until Sun 15 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 31 Dec 2019, 1 - 2 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes cream tea.
• Options 2 & 3 include a 3 course dinner one evening, choosing a starter/main or main/dessert; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Options 1 & 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival. 
• Option 3: Includes a bottle of Prosecco.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Family rooms available for under 14's at a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night and paying for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
