Easy to find, friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. We had dinner on first night which was excellent, after a cream tea and Prosecco on arrival. There is a lift, which is a bonus in hotels in older buildings. The dining room was a bit cold with draughty windows. Breakfast was very good, served in a different room which was very nice. The bar area is stylish and comfortable. I would say the hotel entrance is confusing if you are walking from one side of the building. The main reception door is hidden from view from one direction, so it would help if there were better signage. There is a ramp from car park to main door, and automatic doors. I would be happy to visit again.
