First time at this hotel for my husband and I and we absolutely loved it. Lovely hotel in a great location, very central. Arrived early and was able to leave our case until 3pm check in. On checking in at 3pm room wasn't quite ready and got voucher for complimentary drink at bar until ready approx 15 minutes. Think it was Chloe at reception and she was so lovely & friendly & apologised for delay but we were fine in bar.
Woman at breakfast I think Karan was also friendly explaining to us about where everything was and had friendly chat. Our room was lovely too & spacious with tea and coffee & caramel wafer biscuits, a nice gesture. Will definitely be back to stay & going back soon for unlimited afternoon tea which I've heard is amazing 😃 -
