Booked this as our last night of a road trip in Scotland. Didn't know what to expect and we were really surprised when we walked in the hotel. The reception/lounge/bar area was really nice and had obviously been refurbished recently. Our bedroom was the same, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bar prices were very reasonable with a good choice of drfaught beers/cider etc. Our evening meal was very good, plenty of choice from the set menu and more than adequate portions. Overall a brilliant stay that we would recommend and will return.

4th time we have stayed at the Riverside and had a lovely stay.
The bed pillows could be improved but this couldn't spoil our time there.
The Riverside Staff are truly EXCELLENT.
