• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Deluxe £30, Premium £50, Family £25; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Breakfast will be served following the current government guidelines.
• Picnic is an afternoon tea and includes cakes, scones and sandwiches. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Stay includes access to facilities: 17m indoor swimming pool, soothing spa pool, sauna and steam room - subject to opening following current government guidelines.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Under 16's stay free of charge and upgrade may be required to accommodate; subject to availability. Under 5's eat for free, aged 5-16 years old are an additional £6.50 for breakfast and dinner will be charged as standard, please discuss any specific requirements directly with the hotel.
• Max of 1 pet is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
