• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Apr 2022 until Sun 31 Jul 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a double or twin boutique room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: club room - £10, luxury boutique superking - £25; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 courses from a set menu; subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: sirloin steak - £8pp and fillet steak - £10pp; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Under 2's go free. Ages 2-12yrs required a supplementary charge of £20 per child; payable direct.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
